This User Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of a licence for you to use The National Mentoring Day website and the data contained within it or submit data to include on the website (eg “National Mentoring Day’s List of events”). By accessing and/or using The National Mentoring Day’s Directory or Event listings and any other data on the website, you have read, consent and agree to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions of this User Agreement. Submission of data to our website such as to our “list of Events” etc.
You warrant that any data you submit either to our website or to our lists such as List of Events is accurate and lawful and not misleading, and that you confirm that you have the right and authority to submit this data.
We may without warning remove or edit any data or from any of our lists etc for any reason that we feel breaks any of the terms of these conditions of use. If we do so, we will not be liable for any reimbursement to you or anyone else for costs whatsoever.
You indemnify us for all costs or damages that occur in your submitting erroneous misleading or unlawful data.
Content standards
Data submitted to us or linked to us must be lawful, not be misleading and must relate to mentoring unless we agree in writing to allow otherwise.

- You must not use obscene or vulgar language;
- Your submission may not contain content that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable (including that which may be in breach of rules, regulations or legislation specific to the item or service you are advertising). This includes, but is not limited to, content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist or racist;
- Your submission may not contain content that is intended to promote or incite violence;
- Your submission should be honest and fair, should not make any unsubstantiated or unsupportable claims, and should not make dishonest or unreasonable comparisons with other advertisers;
- Submissions must be made using the English language(s). Content in any other language may be removed at our sole discretion;
- Your submission may not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party including, but not limited to, copyright and trade marks;
- You must not post links to other websites containing any of the above types of content;
- The means by which you identify yourself must not violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws;
- You must not impersonate other people or businesses;
- You must not submit material that may contain viruses or any other software or instructions that may damage or disrupt other software, computer hardware or communications networks; and
- You must not use our system for unauthorised mass-communication such as “spam” or “junk mail;”
- Submit anything that in any way undermines the reputation of National Mentoring Day.
Copyrights and ownership
The National Mentoring Day “Directory or Event listings” and other data on the website contains copyrighted material and/or other proprietary information and is protected by intellectual property agreements and copyright laws and regulations worldwide.
You agree to not alter or remove any copyright symbol or other identification concerning authorship of any of the materials contained on or otherwise made available to you on the “List of Mentors” or other data contained on the National Mentoring Day website.
No commercial use
Neither (a) the Directory or Event listings” nor (b) any work derived from or based upon this list Data (i.e., “Derivative Works”) may be put to commercial use without the prior written permission of National Mentoring Day. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Commercial Use” means a) any use by, on behalf of, or to inform or assist the activities of, a commercial entity (an entity that operates ‘for profit’) or b) use by any individual or non-profit entity for the purposes of revenue generation. If you wish to use the information obtained from National mentoring Day for such commercial purposes, please contact National Mentoring Day directly using the contact details on the website.
No sub-licensing
All forms of sub-licensing, reselling of the data contained on National Mentoring Day website is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of National Mentoring Day.
Redistribution
